Ashkenazi synagogue, destroyed by acts of war on 14 May 1940. This was a beautiful building.
After the war, in 1954, a new synagogue was built at the A.B.N. Davidsplein. In the meantime, services were held in the now-demolished synagogue on Joost van Geelstraat. Joost van Geelstraat.
