- Was a multi-tenant business building located on the separation between the Oude Haven and the Kolk in Rotterdam. The building opened its doors on 4 March 1889 and was lost during the bombardment on 14 May 1940.

- Although nothing remains of the original building today, the balustrades in front of the building have been preserved. They can still be found on the north side of the Oude Haven and partly on the first floor of the later built Cube.

- Cube Houses, which were built later, and which now stand about a hundred meters to the northeast of the former Plan C site. Plan C's former location, the Cube Houses now being a defining architectural and touristic landmark of Rotterdam.

- The building itself was designed in beaux-arts style, which made it unique: it was one of the few buildings in the Netherlands with this style.

- While making the inventarisation of what buildings could be rebuild, PLAN C was one of them, however it was still decided to remove the remains.
